Question by Kat: When working out over an extended period of time, does said work out become ineffective?
Something I've been wondering lately. I've been using a stationary bike for several months now. My legs are pretty toned up in general, and it's seemed like it's not working as well as it used to. Do I need to change things up, or maybe I got a little lazy with my eating habits...? How well does jumping rope work as a cardio work out?
Any tips for low calorie foods and counting calories would be great too.

of course you need to change things up. its kinda common knowledge that your body gets used to a workout so you have to change it.
