Question by Gary: What acer battery will work and where do i get it from?

I have an acer aspire one ZG5, the battery is UM08A31, 10.8V 2200mAH, 23.76Wh (whatever that means), if i get a battery with a higher volts rating and higher mAH will my laptop survive, or even work?
