I have a cable to upload it. (I'm uploading it from a digital camera) but when I try to upload it it uploads it as a picture and won't play. Is there something I need to download to upload it to my computer?
I have uploaded the software and that's what I'm using it doesn't allow you to upload videos.

Have you installed ur digital camera software in to your system?
u might have an Installation CD with camera? u have to install that.
after that.. when u connect ur camera to PC it will automatically prompt for coping..
If you dont have CD. u can also download your camera software from internet (search in google with camera model name).
