In general what is the busiest shopping day of the week? I am not talking about the busiest shopping day of the year, just in general, what day of the week sees the most sales/activity?

Saturday is ALWAYS the busiest. Wednesday is the quietest. I've worked in retail for ages and in loads of different shopping centres and it is always the same.
