I used to have a Billabong belt that had the military style belt buckle (where you just pull the belt through and push down; no holes). I loved this belt, but I can't find any more like it now that I have lost it. I want to find one on ebay or online somewhere but I'm not sure what to call the style. Please help, my pants are falling down!

It's called a scout belt from what I remember. I used to have tons of them.
Have you tried looking at skate/surf shops? That's where i bought a lot of mine.
