For several months I've had reoccurring sharp pain in the top-right of my chest mainly when exhaling or bending downward or to the left. At times this area gets very tight and then if I bend a certain way I hear and feel my ribs crack or shift which sometimes relieves the pressure for a little while. This doesn't happen every day but has been happening more in the past month.
