Im soon getting a new laptop, Im thinking about getting an ASUS k series... any suggestions??

Asus has great reliability and the reviews I found on the web for the K series are overall positive.
If you just want a reliable laptop to watch movies and day to day activities is a good choice. If you will play games on it, or you want someone more future proof i would make sure I get one with a Core CPU and not a Core 2 Duo and Windows 7.

All with 2 years of warranty. Main differences are size (14 vs 15.6), video graphics (radeon vs intel)and the K42F does not have a microphone-in jack.
I would buy the K42F even if it is smaller. The cheapest I found,is at Amazon.
