There are, like the terrorists from Chechenia, Tataristan, North Ossetia. People from a lot of ethnicities live in Russia, besides the russians, about 30% are from other groups. So there are bound to be some displeased folks. Democracy doesn't seem to be working very well, you know Putin isn't president anymore but still dictates things around. There is an enourmous underground world also, drugs, the Petrol giants that descend from the Mafia(Roman Abramovich?). Russia will always be Russia - a distant and underdeveloped land full of drunken gypsies.
