In a question, someone answered that if we were able to travel the speed of light, then we could somehow achieve time travel. How would this happen?
Also, how could we make time travel possible? Is there some formula to it? I think time travel is a really awesome concept, and I want to learn more about it.

The Theory of relativity says that the speed of light is same in all the reference frames.
So if you are traveling at say 0.5 times the speed of light and
one of your friends is traveling at 0.6times the speed of light,
you will expect his relative velocity to be 0.6-0.5=0.1 times of speed of light.
But its not true. At lower speeds the above logic holds, but when the speeds are comparable to speed of light then the whole logic becomes INVALID.
So if someone is traveling at close to speed of light the world line will change for him altogether.
If he crosses the speed of light then he might be able to do the time travel. In other words he can go to past or to future.
The exact explanation can be understood only if you take a course in theory of relativity. But the basic concept is as above.
