I am starting a new magazine, and I need a printer that can print 16 by 22 gloss (matte) sheets on.What printer can do that?

HP makes some excellent Designjet printers for what I believe will help you. Here is a link. You'll need to just read the specs on them to see which one will meet your specific needs.
