I would like to know what women think a man should be and would like to know what is the best way to ask an attractive woman out a date. I am really nervous when I try to ask a woman out and begin to shake a little. Any tips ladies?

I like men who have a similar personality to me, and whose looks are similar to mine. I don't want to feel superior to him because I'm more attractive, but don't want to feel inferior for being uglier than him. Just ask. It's really annoying for a woman to wait and wait for the guy to make the first move.
