First time buyer in ebay. and i was wondering what does it mean when it says "This item is being sold AS-IS, No Warranty unit tested non functional"? does that mean it wont work?

not necessarially it wont work but if you get it and it doesent work then your out of luck, so your kind of taking a gamble
