I download from filehippo.com and I was wondering if there was a photo enhancing program on there that makes the pics black and white except for one color. If its not on filehippo.com were can i buy it or download it and whats it called.

there are freeware programs that can create b&w with color,

~with these you can open image, select item with lasso tool, invert selection and desaturate to b&w,
