i have a cold and i do take medicine [benadryl] it relieves sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat, etc but i always still have a runny nose. whats up with that? its so annoying especially when i have to blow my nose every 15 minutes or if im outside i cant even go and it gets a disgusting. how do i avoid a runny nose? when im inside it isnt as runny as when i get outside and its windy & cold. so what can i do to avoid having a runny nose outside especially during p.e?

Sounds like you might have some allergies. If you haven't been tested for allergies I would consider getting tested.
