I don't want to buy a whole new computer and this is the one I've already got, so I'm just going to buy all new hardware and the only thing i need help on is the motherboard. I don't know exactly what to look for so the motherboard fits in the case. Thanks for your help.

This looks like a Mid-tower case so you will want a matx board.
This is going to take some work. The plugs for the board are most likely native to HP so things won't just plug in to the new motherboard. Luckily, with the internet, you have a whole research library right at your fingertips.
