Can your boss stop you from having a cell phone in your pocket (on silent) if other people are allowed to have one. The cell phone is not a safety measure.
Can your boss tell you where to park? Especially when it's in a property that your company isn't on? Say you park behind the store on a different lot?
Can they tell you what to do, at all, while you're off the clock?
