I've heard some people use accountability partners when they are doing exercise. Others might write out contracts. How do these both work?

accountability partners encourage each other to get out and exercise. they add incentive and companionship so neither one can use an excuse for not exercising. if they write a contract, they promise to exercise a certain amount of time for a certain number of days, like an hour every other day. it's just another way to help a person get up and get moving.
